Directions:

Open up the lid of your slow cooker and set it to high temperature and melt your butter.

Toss in the onions and onions then and Sauté them for about 6 minutes

Toss in the garlic and cook for a more 2 minutes.

Add the fennel, celery, oregano, Chile, thyme and stir them nicely to combine.

Pour in the wine, broth, tomatoes and clam juice. Lock it up and cook for about 2 hours.

While that is being cooked, soak up your clams in water for 20 minutes.

Take a slotted spoon and transfer the clam to your cooker.

Toss away the water.

Cover it up and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

Discard the unopened clams.

Toss in the crab claws then and cover it up to cook it for another 10 minutes.

Add in the scallops and cods then.

Cover it up and cook for another 10 minutes until the fish is firm and flakes off easily.

Garnish with parsley.

Serve.
